Every devnet reset and release a builder could notice. A reset wipes balances, assets and attestations.

Restarted from block 0 with four validators. Transaction signatures are now bound to the chain's genesis hash, so a signed action cannot be replayed on another chain. Re-sign anything you prepared earlier, and claim test ARX again.

With one validator stopped, the other three finalized every block, and the fourth caught up through sync when it returned. Retracer 0.6.1 was released and installed on all four nodes.

The Explorer now shows a banner when a block's result is disputed and settlement below it is paused, and the nodes expose an alert for it.
